Oct 25, 2016 · I believe it has to do with AMD drivers. I've done everything I could to cleanly remove them using 3rd party tools and reinstall them, but for some reason, I get this unresponsive device. This doesn't affect anything for me since I don't use the HDMI ports for audio. Every time I try to uninstall it, it will come back after a reboot.
